News from Salvation Army: CanandaiguaFriday, June 13, 2008Veterans Enjoy Picnic and FellowshipCANANDAIGUA -- The Salvation Army teamed up with the Canandaigua VA to put on a picnic for over 70 veterans on the grounds of the VA Medical Center on Wednesday, June 11. "We served hot dogs, soda, chips, corn on the cob, and watermelon," noted Captain Robert Ginter, director of the Canandaigua Salvation Army. "It was a time of food, fun and fellowship." |
